Cedar Park Med is looking for a full-time experienced Site Supervisor on-site at John F. Kennedy (JFK) International Airport in New York to drive the implementation and adoption of our new technology solution.

About the Site Supervisor Role:

Site Supervisors at JFK are responsible for fostering a positive and productive team environment while instilling an effective customer-focused sales and service culture within their respective stations. Specifically, Site Supervisor will support the Team in:

  • Drive business growth through identifying new sales opportunities and expanding operations.
  • Utilize software for efficient customer management and sales tracking.
  • Ensure safe and secure sales operations, escalating issues as needed.
  • Manage on-site staff for optimal sales and productivity.
  • Increase membership enrollment through proactive sales initiatives.
  • Lead and develop diverse teams to meet company objectives.
  • Communicate goals and plans to achieve financial and service targets.
  • Collaborate with leadership to assess business opportunities and improve performance.
  • Cultivate relationships with airport stakeholders and promote company values.
  • Manage business operations, resolving issues and overseeing customer support.
  • Ensure compliance with company and airport policies.
  • Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute strategic goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or proven equivalent experience in sales and management, customer service or related field
  • In-depth knowledge of and demonstrated experience in building strong teams, employee engagement, employee development and coaching
  • Ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously in a high-pressure and highly regulated environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work well with others
  • Motivated self-starter who is able to take initiative to identify opportunities and drive results
  • Create problem-solving methods and can generate workable solutions to resolve complaints independently, without direct supervision of Company Leadership
  • Collaboration and consensus building
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
  • Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as well as some holidays
  • Must be able to pass a background check to support high-security environments
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
