Cedar Park Med is hiring Speech Therapists for on-site and telemedicine. FT&PT.
- Must have and maintain a valid license to practice speech therapy in the Commonwealth of Virginia
Responsibilities:
- Provide care consistent with licensure and Scope of Practice for acute and long-term individuals, as well as individuals involved with the forensic process.
- Perform and document an assessment to identify therapy needs and develop an appropriate plan of treatment consistent with standards of practice.
- Ensure development of treatment plans by identifying a problem list and methods to achieve identified goals, coordinate treatment plan and adapt treatment to meet the individual needs of the individual.
- Ensure appointments that are scheduled are consistent with the standards of care for all individuals.
Rates:
Speech Therapist: On-site FT&PT $63 / Evening $66 / Weekend $69
Speech Therapist Tele FT&PT $46 / Evening $49 / Weekend $52
