Cedar Park Med is looking to hire Customer Service Agents for a 4 month pilot program - on-site Customer Service Agents at John F. Kennedy (JFK) International Airport in New York to drive the implementation and adoption of a new technology solution making the travel experience cleaner, safer and more enjoyable.

Duties:

● Communicate with customers to demonstrate the value and benefit of our product to encourage awareness and adoption.

● Demonstrate customer ownership by acting as the main point of contact for customers with questions, requests, or troubleshooting problems

● Provide customer and technical support by resolving onsite customer inquiries, exhibiting strong product knowledge, problem solving skills and attention to detail to ensure the appropriate solution is identified.

● Consistently and effectively share product knowledge easily with customers and promote the benefits of the product without being aggressive or intrusive.

● Ability to demonstrate product usage, respond to customer questions/concerns and encourage usage in a smart, collaborative manner.

● Demonstrate individual drive and self-motivation through the ability to meet individual sales targets and support larger team goals and KPIs.


Requirements:

● High School Diploma

● 2 years’ experience in Sales, Customer Service or relatedfield.

● Prior airport experience (1 year) preferred.

● Must take ownership and be accountable for results and demonstrate an ability to operate without immediate supervision.

This position requires standing, walking, talking, and some repetitive movements throughout assigned shifts.

Expected hours: 40 per week

7 am to 3 pm or 3 pm to 11 pm
