Key Responsibilities:
- Install doors, baseboards, wall moldings, and chair rails with precision.
- Read blueprints or technical drawings to understand project requirements.
- Ensure high-quality finishes and accuracy on all carpentry tasks.
- Collaborate with other team members and supervisors to meet deadlines.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in trim carpentry.
- Expertise in trimming doors, baseboards, wall moldings, and chair rails.
- Must have own tools of the trade and be ready to start immediately.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
