The role involves assisting the project manager with daily operational tasks, including managing routine correspondence related to the project, ensuring the timely acquisition of materials and subcontractor services, and distributing project details to clients and suppliers. Additionally, the position entails monitoring project expenses, conducting inventories of equipment, and supporting with document management and data gathering. Applicants should have experience with the Microsoft Office Suite and invoicing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing daily project correspondence
  • Overseeing document organization and control
  • Expediting materials and subcontracts
  • Disseminating project data to clients and suppliers
  • Assisting with collection and documentation of project data
  • Contributing to project cost management and billing processes
  • Supporting equipment inventory and tool control

    Requirements:
  • Project Management experience required
  • Production/construction experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

    Salary is commensurate with experience
