Cedar Park Med is hiring for Licensed Practical Nurses for immediate openings.
Requirements:
- Previous work experience in the geriatric and/or psychiatric work environment. The length of required previous experience may vary depending on the facility.
- Must have and maintain a license as a practical nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- BLS certification
- PPD and other applicable vaccines
Responsibilities:
- Deliver appropriate age-specific individual care for assigned group of individuals.
- Provide focused nursing assessments per facility policy
- Collect and report data for the development of individuals’ plan of care to the Registered Nurse and the treatment team.
- Provide educational materials and information to individuals and families.
- Assist the Registered Nurse with the management of the unit milieu.
- Assist the Registered Nurse with supervision of nursing assistants and individual care assistants.

Evening $47
Night $50
Weekend $50
