Source candidates from intake sessions through pre-employment screenings to onboarding for a construction staffing company. Identify and implement methods to attract and recruit new talent for field positions.

  • Work closely with the Director to assist with client needs
  • Use Breezy ATS to manage candidate workflows
  • Work with call expectations and requirements
  • Reporting and tracking in Breezy ATS, including pipeline reports and tracking the status of applications for both working and recruited candidates, is required.
  • Manage the pre-employment process including background checks, reference checks, drug screens, and physicals
  • Work with vendors and partners to meet ongoing talent needs
  • Comply with and focus on diversity hiring initiatives
  • Develop pipelines of candidates for various locations and skill sets

Skills Required

  • MS Office including Excel, Word, and Gsuite; Breezy ATS.
  • Ability to take charge of the recruitment department and give reports to sales managers daily on recruiting efforts
  • Experience with core recruiting functions such as screening and interviewing
  • Able to successfully recruit both active and passive candidates using various sourcing strategies
  • Communicate clearly (verbally and in writing) with all levels of candidates and management
