Cedar Park Group is seeking experienced Flat Roof Mechanics for a commercial roofing project located an hour south of Albany along the Hudson River. This role requires hands-on experience with TPO and EPDM roofing systems. If you don’t know the terminology, this role is not for you. We’re looking for skilled, reliable roofers who can hit the ground running on a fast-paced job site.

Key Responsibilities

Install and repair TPO and EPDM flat roofing systems.
Interpret and follow specifications and instructions from site supervisors.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment at all times.
Operate tools and equipment required for flat roofing installation.
Work safely at heights and in varying weather conditions.
Communicate effectively with team members and site leads.

Requirements

Proven experience working as a flat roof mechanic with TPO and EPDM systems.
Must be comfortable working at heights and in physically demanding environments.
OSHA 10 certification required (Public Works project).
Must have reliable transportation to the job site.
Punctual, professional, and able to work with minimal supervision.
