Cedar Park Group is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for an immediate opening. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and efficiency of office procedures and administrative support. This role requires a high level of loyalty, integrity.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Distribute incoming mail to appropriate personnel.
  • Book hotel and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Maintain and order office supplies.
  • Assist with the maintenance of certified payroll for projects.
  • Assemble paperwork for completed projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Team player with the ability to work independently, analyze data, multitask, and have strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook/Excel/Word/ and Publisher.
  • Knowledge of office management and administrative systems and procedures.
