Cedar Park Group is currently seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist to join our team for a commercial project in Syracuse, NY. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact, responsible for handling administrative tasks, directing communication, and maintaining a professional front desk environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Greet visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and managing correspondence.
- Handle mail delivery and acceptance, ensuring timely distribution of office communications.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Support additional administrative duties as needed by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with office equipment (e.g., multi-line phone systems, printers, etc.).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must demonstrate professionalism and a customer-oriented attitude.
Compensation:
- Hourly pay: $18-20, based on experience.
