- 5+ years' experience of working in a Painter position
- Experience with commercial and residential properties
- Experience with spraying, rolling, brushing, and cleaning up is a MUST
- Excellent knowledge of commercial and/or construction painting techniques
- Good experience of using appropriate tools, such as brushes, caulking guns, tape
- Manual dexterity with excellent balance to work on scaffolding, ladders
- Valid OSHA 10 certification is a must
