- 5+ years of HVAC experience
- Must have experience in servicing commercial boilers and heating systems
- Must have commercial experience with boilers and forced air systems and rooftop units
- Experience with servicing and troubleshooting equipment
- Experience with preventative maintenance
- Skilled in cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems
